Terms & Conditions
1) Order must be made 5 day earlier
from the delivery/pick up date. Fill in the form in each category with
detail and e-mail it to anekahouse@yahoo.com 2) Order below RM100 , must made FULL PAYMENT. For bulk order and more than RM100, 50% deposit is COMPULSORY for
confirmation. Payment must be made to my acc within 3 days of our
discussion. Once you paid the deposit , then only your order is consider
as CONFIRMED. Balance of the payment must be settle upon delivery/pick up. If the item need to be post out, balance must be settle before we post it out.

If u made payment from other bank besides maybank and it's need 3 days
of clearance , then your product will only be delivered / post to you
after the payment is clear.
4) All payment/deposit must be made to my account as

Please e-mail / sms / pm us once the payment/deposit is done. If we do
not receive any deposit/payment in 3 days, your order consider cancel. *add RM3.00 for every additiona 3kg onward
Sabah / Sarawak :
*0-3kg pertama - RM55.00
*add RM10.00 for every additional 3kg onward
2) Poslaju
Peninsular Malaysia :*0-3kg pertama - RM30
*add RM5.00 for every additional 3kg onward
